After consultation, you will receive your quote. If you're happy, we book in a site visit to measure your home,

take a 50% deposit & get the process started.

 

We use the latest Matterport technology to ensure we get thorough measurements 

and imagery to create an accurate visual representation of your home.

Design & Amends

With your input we will produce 2D and 3D drawings of your home so you can begin to see your project come to life. You can make as many amends as you like, and we won't charge you a penny*.

Application Management

 We manage your entire application with the Local Planning Authority. We can't guarantee the outcome, but we can give you the peace of mind that your application is in-hand. For most applications we are able to facilitate the LPA guidelines at design stage, however we will work with you and the Local Authority should any changes be required.
